Who we are
Done For You Insurance Services, California Insurance License #6017418, operates WC Rate Compare. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to care@doneforyouins.com.
What this tool is
WC Rate Compare is an internal tool for licensed staff. It estimates workers compensation indication ranges from public California Department of Insurance filed manual base rates.
Information we collect
We collect the email address used to sign in. If you use Google sign-in, we also receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google.
We collect the information a user enters into the tool, including class codes, payroll figures, business name, county, experience modification, and schedule rating. We retain saved comparisons and operational logs of sign-in attempts and messages sent.
Information we do not collect
The tool does not ask for or collect social security numbers, dates of birth, policy numbers, bank or payment details, or loss run detail. Please do not enter this information into the tool.
Why we use information
We use this information to authenticate authorized staff, produce estimated indications, keep saved work, and maintain a security and communication audit trail.
Service providers
The following companies process data on our behalf to operate the tool:
- Vercel for application hosting.
- Supabase for database services and authentication.
- Google for optional sign-in.
- GoHighLevel, operating as the Mai Marketing Machine subaccount, for sign-in message delivery.
No sale or advertising sharing
We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Google user data
Google sign-in is used only to verify identity. The app requests only basic profile and email scopes. Google user data is never sold, never transferred except to the processors named above as needed to operate the tool, and never used for advertising. You can revoke the app's access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Limited Use
This application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Retention
Saved comparisons and logs are retained while the account is active and are deleted on request. Send a deletion request to care@doneforyouins.com.
California privacy rights
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act, a California resident may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information. A resident may also complain to the California Privacy Protection Agency. Submit a request to care@doneforyouins.com.
Security
Access is restricted to an allowlist, transport is encrypted, and database access is governed by row level security. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the tool or our practices change. The date at the top identifies the latest version.
